TA: How to manage reservations

To give you and us a better overview of the current status of customer orders, you need to work with reservations directly in the interface.

Bookings are associated with so-called Required actions. The required action can be for example signing a tour contract or a procedure where the client shares with you their name, contact details and other information.

By distinguishing whether or not a customer has fulfilled the action, we avoid situations where a customer has already signed a travel contract with you and the voucher would be cancelled via Slevomat customer support. If we know that the customer has already completed the required action, we will not cancel the voucher and will refer the customer directly to you.

Easy booking status overview and filtering

Let's take a look at what the interface allows and how to work with it. In the interface you have the option to:

- filter reservations by promotion ID,
- filter reservations by promotion variant,
- filter reservations by whether or not the required action has already been performed (Status)
- export selected reservations to csv format.

How to work with reservations

After purchase, the customer sees the required action on the voucher.

This is filled in directly by you when placing the offer in the "How to redeem a voucher" section. The customer must take this action in order to complete all the necessary requirements for departure.

Once you have received the required information from the customer, simply confirm "Required action done" in the interface next to the booking.

If you click on the "Edit booking" button, you will be taken to the booking details. The blue question mark at the bottom of the page will tell you what action has been set up for the customer in the menu when clicked.

Once saved, the booking will appear under the "Action done" filter.

The fulfilment of the conditions will also be reflected on the customer's voucher

The customer can see the confirmed action directly on their voucher. In case you mark it as fulfilled, the customer will see on the voucher instead of the original red box with instructions the information with the confirmation of the action.

It is very important to use this feature so that you, the customer and we at Slevomat can keep track of the current status of the reservation. We believe that this feature will facilitate communication between you and us and will lead to an overall improvement in matter of clarity.
