Who should I contact to start a collaboration and how does it work?
If you are already using the sales options via Slevomat and Channel manager D-EDGE , but you do not have both products connected, please contact your Slevomat sales representative or the contact person for D-EDGE . You don't have D-EDGE products yet, but are interested in the offer? Write to: partnership@ d-edge .com Connection procedure: 1) You need to contact a Slevomat dealer 2) In D-EDGE Slevomat can be found under D-EDGE PARTNER ID 13108 and submit a connection request via "Add the channel" 3) You need to prepare the structure of your rooms – we recommend sharing it with us 4) Generating a pairing code – You will receive this from our sales representative, using it we will connect with each other. 5) Testing List of rooms This is the type of room, the number of beds in each room and the number of extra beds. For example, Double room 2+0, Triple room 3+1, etc.) The usability of the D-EDGE connection is standard, as you are used to. Only the package prices are specific – you set them on the Slevomat website with your sales representative and adjust them directly in your Slevomat profile. D-EDGE – rate plans and restrictions
D-EDGE – rate plans Newly, Slevomat with connection via D-EDGE can work with different rate plans (price tariffs) at the room type level and send them back to the hotel in the reservation. The hotel can now recognize, in particular, what kind of food and other details are involved and thus have correct statistics and manage other features with connection to Slevomat. (However, prices still remain contracted – i.e. outside the channel manager) Individual rates will always be mapped on Slevomat by employees from the reservations department together with the rooms. To map rate plans on the Slevomat side, the following information from the partner will be required for each mapped rate plan: rate plan code + rate plan name + meal info (It works like this: Slevomat employees map the rate plans and the hotel then pairs them in its CHM, so some hotels may require mapping according to specific instructions from them (code, name), but they may not and only give Slevomat information about the meal and Slevomat will come up with the code + name itself – that's also a solution.) —------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ As part of the connection, we can work with restrictions via the channel manager in terms of closing availability. This means that the hotel can turn off either the entire room or just a specific rate plan. Please contact your sales representative for rate plans and room mapping. |
1) The customer requests a cancellation of the reservation Cancellations can only be made by Slevomat. Please direct the customer to our customer care (podpora@slevomat.cz, tel. 222 745 354) or send information about the voucher cancellation directly to the e‑mail rezervace@slevomat.cz. We will take care of everything. Please do not delete the reservation from the system under any circumstances. As soon as we cancel the voucher, you will receive a confirmation e‑mail. 2) The customer wants to change the date of stay If a customer contacts you and wants to change the date, you can immediately agree on a new date with them. After making the change, please inform us by e‑mail rezervace@slevomat.cz so that we can adjust the new date in our system. Unfortunately, the change will not be automatically transferred to us. 3) Customer wants to change room type If a customer wants to change the room type, you can make the change on your side. There is no need to inform us about the change. 4) What should I do if I receive an email about a new reservation/change/cancellation? The email is for your information only and is sent as confirmation of the change that Slevomat has made to your system. If you want to be 100% sure, we recommend checking its implementation directly in your booking system. 5) What should I do if I receive an order via email, but I don't see it in D-EDGE ? Please sort your orders in D-EDGE by creation date and send us a screenshot to rezervace@slevomat.cz. We will check everything and get back to you. |
