Who to contact to start cooperation and how does it work?

If you are already using the option to sell through Slevomat and the D-EDGE Channel manager, but do not have both products connected, contact your Slevomat sales representative or your D-EDGE contact person. You do not have D-EDGE products yet, but the offer interests you? Write to: partnership@d-edge.com Connection procedure: 1) You need to contact the Slevomat sales representative 2) In D-EDGE, Slevomat can be found under D-EDGE PARTNER ID 13108 and here you can submit a connection request via "Add the channel"
3) You need to prepare the structure of your rooms – we recommend sharing with us 4) Generation of a pairing code – You will receive this from our sales representative, and with it, we will connect with each other. 5) Testing List of rooms This concerns the type of rooms, the number of beds for each, and the number of extra beds. For example, Double room 2+0, Triple room 3+1, etc.) The usability of the D-EDGE connection is standard, as you are used to. Only the package prices are specific – you set them on the Slevomat website with your sales representative and adjust them directly in your profile on Slevomat. For this reason, they are not governed by changes you make in the Channel manager. For other sales channels, you will manage prices through the Channel manager. To fully utilize the functions and possibilities of D-EDGE, you must have the Channel Manager product active. |
D-EDGE – rate plans and restrictions

D-EDGE – rate plans Newly, Slevomat with connection via D-EDGE can work with different rate plans (pricing tariffs) at the room type level and send them back to the hotel in the reservation. The hotel can now mainly recognize what kind of board and other details are involved and thus have correct statistics and manage other properties with the connection to Slevomat. (However, prices remain contracted – i.e., outside the channel manager) Individual rate plans will always be mapped on Slevomat by staff from the reservations department together with the rooms. For mapping rate plans on the Slevomat side, the following information from the partner will be needed for each mapped rate plan:
rate plan code + rate plan name + info about board (It works so that Slevomat staff map the rate plans and the hotel then pairs them in their CHM, so some hotels may require mapping according to specific instructions from their side (code, name), but they may also not and just give Slevomat information about the board and Slevomat will invent the code + name itself – that is also a solution.)

1) The customer requests a reservation cancellation Cancellation can only be done by Slevomat. Please direct the customer to our customer care (podpora@slevomat.cz , tel. 222 745 354) or send information about the voucher cancellation directly to rezervace@slevomat.cz . We will take care of everything. Please do not delete the reservation from the system under any circumstances. Once we cancel the voucher, you will receive a confirmation email. 2) The customer wants to change the stay date If the customer contacts you and wants to change the date, you can agree with them directly on a new date. After making the change, please inform us at rezervace@slevomat.cz so that we can update the new date in our system as well. Unfortunately, the change is not automatically reflected on our side. 3) The customer wants to change the room type If the customer wants to change the room type, you can make the change on your side. There is no need to inform us about the change. 4) What to do when I receive an email about a new reservation/change/cancellation? The email is just information for you and is sent as confirmation of a change that Slevomat made in your system. If you want to be 100% sure, we recommend checking its execution directly in your reservation system. 5) What to do when I receive an order by email, but do not see it in D-EDGE? Please sort your orders in D-EDGE by creation date and send us a screenshot to rezervace@slevomat.cz . We will check everything and get back to you. |
