Creating a registration and setting Termino

At your e‑mail address, we will send you an email with a unique link to create a registration.

1. After opening the unique link, Termino prompts you to create your login.

2. In the next step, please list the types of rooms you offer (double room, triple room, deluxe room, double superior room etc.), the capacity (beds + extra beds) and the number of people the room can accomodate (e.g. 2 beds + 1 extra bed)

3. Then you list name of every room. In this step you can select number or any other title as name of the room. We recommend that those names correspond with your real naming in the hotel/PMS system.

4. In the next step, "Get to know the reception" you have the option to add staff to manage Termino. The already registered email is configured as the manager. If the receptionists working in your hotel/pension share the same email address with you, you can skip this step and use only the login information you have chosen in the first step.

If you manage more than one hotel, we will send you the additional access login to the already registered email. Once signed in, you will be able to switch between hotels and manage multiple calendars. Receptionists will only have access to the calendar of the hotel in which they work. Therefore, they will not see the other’s hotel calendar.

After completing the access and room settings, you have set up Termino and can start using it. The system is designed to be as user-friendly as possible.

5. Once you finalise the initial set up, Termino is ready to be used for the management of occupancy from Slevomat.

Your Termino account has the following features:

a) Accepts customer booking reservations through the web display of your promotion on Slevomat.cz. You see those reservations at your Termino as a blue fields with the customer name written on it that will provide you with detailed information after clicking.

If necessary, you can edit these booking reservations – by clicking on the field "date" or on the "room" field (e.g. you can change the customer´s booked room to a larger one or edit the term if the customer asked you for the change).

b) Your receptionists can manage dates, that means that they can mark dates which are already booked by the other than Slevomat.cz customers or those which you, for some reason, do not want to sell via Slevomat.cz. To block those dates simply click on the "Add an event" field.

After clicking on the "Block" field, the edit mode appears. By clicking on the single field or by dragging the mouse you can block the dates or rooms. White fields indicate available dates/rooms and red fields are those dates/rooms which are blocked. If you block the date/room after the booking reservation from Slevomat.cz has arrived at your Termino, the reservation from the Slevomat.cz customer remains valid!

Now your Termino is set up and your customers can start with the booking of your available capacities on the Slevomat.cz.
