How to redeem vouchers – local services

Vouchers are only available to customers who have already paid. How to redeem the voucher can be found below.

What all the voucher says on the voucher

  • Voucher validity – each voucher has a set period of validity and each customer must be allowed to use the service until the very end of this validity.

  • Voucher content – here the customer has a detailed description of what his voucher contains and what he is entitled to within the purchased voucher.

  • Contact details of the service provider – address, e‑mail, or telephone number

  • Terms of use – this describes how the customer can use their voucher.

  • Cancellation policy – specifying under what conditions and if at all the customer can cancel their reservation with you.

  • Contraindications – if the offered service has a contraindication, it is also indicated on the voucher.

  • Unique voucher code – the voucher code is used to be reimbursed for the service that the customer undergoes with you. According to the billing rules, the voucher will only be refunded when it is redeemed. You can read below what forms of voucher code you may encounter.

  • QR code – the voucher can also be redeemed via this code. You can find out how to redeem it in the article below.

What form the unique voucher code can take:

  • PAPER FORM

    • transcribed voucher code
    • printed voucher (standard or gift)

  • ELECTRONIC FORM

    • voucher booked via Termino – if the customer books with you via the booking system Termino, you can see the voucher number and other voucher details at the time of booking
    • voucher on your phone (sms message, Apple Wallet, pdf)

How to redeem the voucher

  • Via the partner interface
    • QR code – on your mobile phone or tablet, but also on your laptop or desktop computer if they have a camera, you can retrieve the QR code that is indicated on the customer's voucher. Instructions on how to redeem via QR code can be found here.
    • Under the "Vouchers" or "Simple Interface" tab, you can manually redeem the voucher. The voucher can be redeemed no later than the 7th day after the expiry date of the voucher.
  • Reservation in the partner interface – In the "Reservation" tab you can enter the reservation date on the voucher. The voucher will be automatically redeemed 24 hours after booking.

  • Booking in the booking system Termino – All vouchers from Slevomat are automatically redeemed in the booking system Termino 24 hours after booking and you do not have to do anything. If a reservation exceeding the voucher validity is made in Termino, it will also be automatically applied on the last day of the voucher validity.

Wrongly redeemed voucher (NUV)

Have you accidentally redeemed a voucher in your partner interface that the customer has not yet used? In this case, please contact us at partneri@slevomat.cz. In your email, simply include the voucher number and whether you are already in contact with the customer.
