Where are you located when you open the Termino system?
Once you log into the Termino you can see your reservation board.
Main menu functions
You can change your password and language by clicking on your store name and setting up your account email communication. In the main menu, you can change the language of your account. Here you can also log out of your profile.
Reservation board display
In the lower-left corner, you can navigate the calendar by month or by clicking on a specific day. At the top, you can browse by week and in the upper-right corner, you can select the layout for a day, 3 days, or a week. On the reservation board, you can see the white and grey fields that indicate your opening hours. Here you can also set for example your lunch-break. Opening hours have to be specified in your partner administration interface under each branch.
All opening hours changes will be rewritten immediately in your reservation board in Termino, so our customers can place reservations only for your opening hours. Czech public holidays will be automatically marked by the Czech national flag. Blue line that is visible in the calendar indicates where you are in real-time.
Workplace
When you place the cursor over each workplace, you will see a symbol for name changes or the workplace delete option. To delete a location, click on the bin symbol. You can do this only if there are no future reservations. All future reservations need to be moved to another workplace first.
Not happy with the order that Termino has set for your workplaces? Change the order by dragging the workplace with your mouse up or down. Click on the "+" in case you want to add more workplaces.
In case you do not want to see more workplaces on the calendar at the same time, you can easily make it invisible by deselecting the checkbox.

Reservation vs. blocking
Termino accepts orders from Slevomat, but you can also add your own customer reservations, planned holidays, or other events. You can do this easily via the button, "Add an event"
Reservation
You can use Termino as your reservation system. Fill in the necessary details and save the reservation. Then it appears on the reservation board.
Create a reservation even faster:
If you need to create a reservation immediately because you have customers on the phone, you can do it easily by clicking on the calendar on the exact date and time.
Reservation from Slevomat online
All online vouchers from Slevomat will be visible on your reservation board with the sign "S".
How to redeem an open voucher?
More than 70% of customers buy an online booking rather than an open voucher. We still offer open vouchers which our customers can buy as a gift. This kind of voucher can be redeemed in Termino, once you check the box "voucher from Slevomat", fill in the voucher code, then validate. The system will show you all the information about the voucher, customer name, and other details. You only have to choose the date and time of the reservation.
Customer history
Do you have regular clients or customers who buy from your multi-entry passes? You can copy this reservation easily.
Click on the reservation and then click on "copy event". All the information will be copied. You can copy both reservations and blockages.
Search in reservations
To do so, use the Search box in the top bar – just enter at least 3 letters and search for a reservation. You can search by name and voucher number.
Blockage
Blockages work in the same way as reservation, customers do not see these time slots in the deal on the Slevomat website. You will see them on the reservation board, you have to choose the right date and time. It can be used for any reason e.g. holidays and doctor‘s appointments.
You can edit reservations and blockages by clicking on the reservation or blockage and then save. The faster way is to drag it with the cursor and then move to the right place.
Multiple branches
Do you have more branches? You can have all of them in one Termino profile and switch between them.
Open vouchers have a new option to create an online reservation later on.
In case your customers buy standard open vouchers, they will have a chance to choose from your calendar and make an online reservation later, right from an email notification.
How to make multiple reservations more visible
Do you have more than four events at the same time? Thanks to the combiner it will be more visible for you. You will always see just 3 events at the same time and the rest of them will be listed below.
Agenda
After you click on the box in the upper right corner, you will see a reservation board or agenda where you have an overview of all your reservations. You can choose to see one day, three days, a week or two weeks. Do you want to print it? You can print out one day or a whole week – Click export statement and print it out.
Multi-day Reservation
Do you have a service that lasts more than 24 hours? then use the reservation setting for multiple days. This setting is possible in the Partner interface of Slevomat, directly in the sale promotion.
Communication between partners and customers
A new way of communication between you and your customers will be our direct email communication from your partner interface profile. There is therefore no need to write an email. You have two options, write just a single email for individual reservation or send it collectively to multiple customers.
To start this function, it is necessary to turn it on in your profile. Contact the partner care team directly (termin@slevomat.cz) and they will arrange getting that done.
Multiple communication is visible in the picture below: It is necessary to choose an ID number of the promotion.
Shared capacity (multiple reservations at the same time)
By shared capacity, we mean for example group classes, in which are several people at the same workplace and at the same time (yoga classes, any other classes or a cooking course)
To set up shared capacity promotion – must be done in the promotion itself, in your partner interface. You have to choose a "group lesson" and then set up all dates when you offer these services. Your customers can be added or deleted in the event, on your reservation board.
