Partner interface

In the partner interface you will find all the information you need in one place. There are promotions overviews here. You can redeem vouchers, make reservations, download billing documents, track orders of goods, reply to questions and reviews, get a simple mobile app to redeem vouchers and you can set up a lot of other things too.

To make the interface even easier to work with, we've prepared this article to make your work easier and help you with basic navigation.

Promotions

In the Promotions tab you can see an overview of all promotions (active and rejected), the status of sales and you can also create a new promotion.

When you open a specific promotion, you will get even more information about purchases, promotion duration or voucher validity, you can sign or download a partial contract (and possible amendments) or see a preview of the voucher.

Vouchers

Vouchers are only available to customers who have already paid. Each voucher has its own validity and therefore a period for which it can be used. The possibility to use the voucher must be provided until the end of its validity. The Vouchers section is primarily used to redeem vouchers from customers who use them with you.

Booking

In the Booking tab, you can easily create a reservation for a customer for a date on his voucher or filter and download an overview of the previously created reservations. Apart from this tab in the interface there is also the possibility to use our booking system Termino or for hotels there is the possibility to connect to other booking systems.

Purchase orders for goods

The Purchase orders for goods tab displays complete information including delivery address for each order. This eliminates complicated communication via e‑mail. You can filter the orders in various ways and then export them to the selected file type.

Billing

Important information regarding finances can be found under the Billing tab. Here you can download billing documents and commission invoices for the period and check the amounts sent to your account.

Questions

The Questions section is used for customers to ask additional questions during the display of the promotion. So please follow this section during the promotion displey and answer questions that are directed to you.

Rating

Customers can rate your offer from one to five stars (five being the best) after using their voucher.

We never delete ratings. They are very important for future clients to help them make a choice. Statistics clearly show that customers are most interested in the offer with the best rating. You can respond to customer reviews with a your comment. Customers must insert a detailed comment whenever they have a rating of 3 stars or less.

Simple interface

The simple interface is primarily used to redeem vouchers from customers. Its great advantage is that you can open it on any device where you don't even need to be logged in. Just copy the URL address of the page. This way, you can give the link to the attendant, for example, so that she can quickly redeem vouchers from incoming customers on their mobile phone.

Settings

Delivery

If you offer goods with us, you can set weight limits for shipping in the interface. For new promotions, you can set the intervals and the different prices in them directly at the beginning of the promotion creation.

If you need to edit a running event or multiple promotions at the same time, you can set the intervals in the new Transport tab – here you can find everything in one place.

We have already set an automatic interval of 0–5 kg for your running promotions, we highly recommend that you add an additional interval of 0–10 kg for Delivery to address.

Running promotions have special conditions. While for concepts you can set intervals and change prices, for running promotions you can set the interval but the price cannot be adjusted. That's why you see the price fields in the image below greyed out, inactive. Your sales representative or deals manager will be happy to change it for you upon request.

Users

In the Users section, you can also edit the rights of individual users or add new users. If necessary, you can also revoke user access. You can also set different rights for individual users.

Access to the interface is divided according to functions:

  1. Redeeming vouchers - you can still create a reservation and verify and redeem a voucher without logging in.
  2. Reservations - to view, create and edit reservations.
  3. Orders - for order administration
  4. Billing - for your accountants. Only the Billing section is displayed.
  5. Discussions - ideally for reception or staff looking after operations.
  6. Actions and account administration - in addition to the above features in the interface, you can also issue actions, view statistics and ratings. This access is for the managing director or operations manager.

Instructions for operating multiple accounts

Do you have multiple offers with us and each of them is for a company with a different ID number?

If you have set up a single login email for all companies, you can very easily click between companies in the top right corner after logging into the partner interface.

Contractual documents

In this section you will find all contractual documentation related to our cooperation, including the framework contract or power of attorney.

System settings

In this section you can change your access password, adjust your notification settings or set up some issues regarding orders of Goods (including API).
