What is Reservio?
- Reservio is an online booking system that allows you to easily manage your reservations from one place. Customers can book their own dates through your website, Slevomat and more, so you always have a clear calendar of availability.

Who should I contact to start a collaboration and how does it work?
- If you already use the sales options through Slevomat and Reservio, but you do not have both products connected, please contact your Slevomat sales representative.

How is the connection made?
- partner and channel (Slevomat) agree to cooperate and connect via Reservio
- The partner sends the connection ID to their sales representative.
- The channel (Slevomat) will perform the mapping on its side using the connection ID.
- Subsequently, Slevomat, or your sales representative directly, informs the partner that the connection is complete.
- The partner will verify that the booking and availability data is being copied correctly. If so, the connection is complete.

Frequently asked questions:
1) The customer requests a cancellation of the reservation
Cancellations must be made on both the Slevomat and Reservio sides ( Cancellations should always be made in both systems. ). Please direct the customer to our customer care (podpora@slevomat.cz, tel. 222 745 354), or PARTNER will send information about the voucher cancellation directly to the e‑mail termin@slevomat.cz. We will then take care of everything. Please do not delete the reservation from the system under any circumstances. As soon as we cancel the voucher, you will receive a confirmation e‑mail. Then cancel the reservation in Reservio as well. If you want to be 100% sure, we recommend checking the cancellation in both systems.
2) The customer wants to change the service date
If a customer contacts you and wants to change the date, you can immediately agree on a new date with them and edit the date directly in Termino or Reservio system ( Ideally, the change should be made in the system in which the original reservation was created, otherwise it may take longer for the change to be overwritten ). The change should be automatically overwritten in the other system within approximately 1 hour , then you can check that it was done correctly. The customer can also change the reservation once in their account.
3) If you need to reject a booking If for some reason you cannot accept the reservation (for example, your schedule suddenly changed without you having time to enter it into the system), you need to discuss it with our Partner Care . Please contact termin@slevomat.cz immediately and describe the situation. An unapproved (either rejected or left unanswered) reservation without notification to Partner Care (termin@slevomat.cz) is considered valid and the customer will count on it.
4) The customer wants to change the type of service If the customer wishes to change the type of service (e.g. another procedure or package), they must contact our customer service. Please redirect the customer to the email podpora@slevomat.cz or phone number 222 745 354. Alternatively, you can send us information about the requested change yourself directly to the email address termin@slevomat.cz. We will then take care of everything necessary – we will cancel the original voucher and issue the customer a new voucher for the selected service. Please do not delete the reservation from the system under any circumstances. Once the voucher has been cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Then cancel the reservation in Reservio as well.
5) What should I do if I receive an email about a new reservation/change/cancellation?
The email is just for your information and is sent as confirmation of the change that Slevomat made in Termino . If you want to be 100% sure, we recommend checking its implementation directly in Reservio. |
