Redeeming vouchers

The customer will always tell you the voucher code, or you will find it if the customer makes a reservation through the reservation system.

How to redeem the voucher?

The voucher can only be redeemed within its validity period. Therefore, redeem the vouchers immediately when the customer uses the service. This way we avoid unnecessary problems.

Partner interface

In the "Vouchers" tab, you can redeem the voucher immediately (if the customer has used the voucher) or create a reservation (if the customer makes an appointment with you in advance) and the voucher will be redeemed automatically on the day of the reservation. Just enter the given code and verify its validity.

You can also redeem vouchers by scanning a QR code on a laptop, mobile phone, tablet, or simply anywhere there is a camera.

Reservation system services can also be used to redeem vouchers. More information can be found in the Reservations section.

For businesses with multiple branches: how to make reservations and redeem vouchers

For businesses with multiple branches, we have better options to search for vouchers and reservations. The option to set up multiple branches will help you to record at which branch the reservation was made or at which branch the voucher was redeemed. If you wish to set this function in your profile, just contact us and we will make this option available to you.

Subsequently, the following functions will be added to the interface.

  • the branch setting item will be added

  • voucher cannot be redeemed without a set branch

  • you will set it only once, then the system will already work with it

  • of course you can change the branch settings

Wrongfully used voucher (NUV)

Did you accidentally redeem a voucher in your partner interface that the customer has not yet used? In this case, please contact us at partneri@slevomat.cz . In the e‑mail, it is enough to state the voucher number and whether you are already in contact with the customer.

Colleagues from the Partner Care department will contact you shortly, who will guide you through the entire process so that the entire situation is resolved to your and the customer's satisfaction.

Check of redeemed vouchers

In the Vouchers tab, you can also filter redeemed vouchers, which will especially help your operational managers. Filtering makes it easier to check vouchers that have been redeemed and is also useful if there has been a misunderstanding and you need to verify the method or the exact time of redemption. Notes for Slevomat customer support can also be added to the redeemed vouchers, if you need to inform about any non-standard situation.
