Signing the Power of Attorney

During business negotiations and accounting matters with the sales representative, or with his colleagues from Partner Care, you discussed all the details regarding the power of attorney to issue documents. Now all that remains is the last step – signing the power of attorney so that we can issue documents for customers on behalf of your company.

To simplify the whole process , we will generate a power of attorney for your company and send it to you by e‑mail . In the e‑mail attachment you will find a power of attorney that you just need to download and sign. If you want to sign directly on your computer without having to print, follow these simple instructions.

When signing, it is important to carefully observe the most recent upload date to the interface to ensure that the power of attorney is valid from the correct date.

Once you have a signed power of attorney, you can upload it to our system in your Partner Interface in the Contract Documents – Power of Attorney section.

In this section you will find details about the power of attorney sent. Simply click on the "Upload" button .

Then simply select the file with the signed power of attorney and upload it .

After uploading, it will be approved and the power of attorney will subsequently become valid from the date that was stated in it .

That's all. Simple, right?

After starting the power of attorney, don't forget that you can find issued documents for customers in the Partner Interface in the Billing section.
