Set up your employees' permissions to the interface

You can give employees more detail about what pages they will see. Your staff will then make better use of the partner interface.

Interfaces for different employee groups

Access to the interface is divided according to functions:

  1. Redeeming vouchers - you can create a reservation and verify and redeem a voucher without logging in.
  2. Reservations - to view, create and edit reservations.
  3. Orders (Goods) - for order administration
  4. Billing - for your accountants. Only the Billing section is displayed.
  5. Questions - ideally for reception or staff looking after operations. For events that are running, customers ask various questions that need to be answered.
  6. Events and account administration - in addition to the above features in the interface, you can also issue events, view statistics and ratings. This access is given to the managing director or operations manager.

Determine what employees will have access to 

It's simple. In the interface, you'll find the "Users" section at the top right:

Here you can add and remove employees and specify what rights they will have.
