Adjusting the number of items in the Partner interface

For your product and local service offers, we now have a new feature – the ability to edit the number of vouchers.

Let's show you how to do it:

In the "Actions" tab, all your actions are clearly displayed.

To edit the number of items for a given action, click the "Edit capacities" button. After clicking this button, a list of all your active actions will appear.

To display individual variants of the given action, click the "Show capacities" link, which you can find on the right side of the bar in the action detail.

Ending a variant: (applies only to Goods)

Once the changes are successfully saved, you will see this message:

Increasing the number of items in a variant:

Select the variant for which you want to increase the number of items. [image id=\"17303832\

• For the selected variant, expand the \"dropdown menu\" and enter the desired total number of items to be available.
• When entering the desired number of items, always add to the current state.

If you want to enter your own total number of items that is not listed in the \"dropdown menu\", simply click on the \"Custom\" option and enter the desired value.

After making any change, it is necessary to click the \"Save\" button.

Once the changes are successfully saved, a confirmation message will appear.

Decreasing the number of items in a variant: (applies only to Goods)

Select the variant for which you want to decrease the number of items. [image id=\"17303832\

• For the selected variant, expand the \"dropdown menu\" and enter the desired total number of items to be available.
• The number of items cannot be reduced below the reserved quantity.

If you want to enter your own total number of items that is not listed in the \"dropdown menu\", simply click on the \"Custom\" option and enter the desired value.
