If you have a power of attorney with us to issue documents for customers, a document will be automatically generated for an additional fee, similar to a regular payment for an order. You can then find it in your Partner Interface as standard.

After redemption, the voucher will be charged in the standard manner.

Conversely, for a given reservation, you can quickly return to the given document request via the label. If the request does not have the "Reservation" label, the reservation has not been created.

Previously, in the Partner Interface, in the Reservations section, a label was displayed next to the customer's name, indicating that a document had already been issued through a power of attorney. We have now modified this label so that by clicking on it, these documents will be displayed immediately and you do not have to search for them so complicatedly.

To click through, you must have sufficient permissions set in the partner interface (access to the Reservations and Billing sections). Otherwise, you will not be offered the click through and the label will be displayed as before.
