New "checkbox" when signing actions in the Goods category
Due to newly adopted legislation concerning, among other things, product safety and consumer protection, now when signing actions in the Goods category , you will see a "checkbox", which must also be confirmed and approved in order to start the action. The text of the "checkbox" should include all necessary information.

Possibility of additional payment when changing a reservation for customers
This news only applies to events in the Travel category , where the online booking option with open vouchers is activated.
Here we now offer customers with a previously purchased voucher the option to pay directly through Slevomat for a longer stay or a better date (e.g. weekend). In this case, the information about the customer's additional payment will be written into all necessary documents and notifications so that you have a sufficient overview of everything. Information about the additional payment can be found in the Paid orders export, in the VAT Overview, or in email notifications about a reservation change.
If you have a power of attorney with us to issue documents for customers, a document will be automatically generated for an additional fee, similar to a regular payment for an order. You can then find it in your Partner Interface as standard.
After redemption, the voucher will be charged in the standard manner.
We believe that this innovation will bring higher customer satisfaction and, of course, an increase in sales and revenue.

Billing filtering and bulk download of commission invoices
We have recently added the option to filter Billing by events and period to the Partner Interface in the Billing section (Event Billing).
After filtering, you can also download all commission invoices that were issued here in bulk. This eliminates the need to download them individually or for each period separately.

The Partner Guide has now been equipped with the option of automatic translation of articles into additional languages. Specifically, these are Italian, Slovenian, Ukrainian, and Russian.

Adjustments in the "Paid orders" export
In the "Paid orders" export, you will now find several adjustments that we believe will contribute to greater clarity and make it easier for you to work with the export.
The "Cancelled" and "Quantity" columns, which were no longer functional, have been removed. Furthermore, child allowances are now displayed in a cell as a single number, which should make it easier to work with this data.
The last and at first glance the most visible change is the division of the VAT base according to individual rates.

Better email notifications for orders with reservation deposits
Now, in the email notifications you receive when you create a new reservation, you will find information that the order was paid for with a reservation deposit. In addition, you will now receive a notification after the additional payment for the given order has been made. In case of non-payment, you will be informed about the billing of the forfeited reservation deposit.

Simple interface – better accessibility
The Simple Interface for Voucher Redemption can now be displayed even if you are logged in to Slevomat on a given device, for example under a private email address that is not among the users who have access to your Partner Interface.
Previously, it was necessary to first log out of such an account and only then was it possible to view the Simple Interface as a non-logged-in user.

News in export Paid orders in travel
The W-food column is newly generated in the Paid Orders export.
Partners who have activated the reservation deposit function will now find information about the payment type in column "C" – payment type . Similarly, color differentiation of orders with a reservation deposit has been added for greater clarity. Yellow is displayed here for those where only the reservation deposit is paid and green is for those where the additional payment is also paid.

In the partner interface, in the Reservations section, it is now possible to sort reservations by the date the order was paid.

Adding export of sent payments and editing text
In the Partner Interface, you can now get an export of payments sent to your account as part of a given event's billing. You can find this export in the Billing -> Event Payments Overview section.
You can also find this export in the details of individual events.
Furthermore, the name of the "Individual Payments" export has been changed, and it is now called "Paid Orders" (see the first image). Its content remains the same.

Modifications to document requests
You can now filter customer document requests in the Partner Interface according to various criteria.
In addition, you can quickly find out whether a reservation has already been created for a given order using the "Reservation" label, which you can find by the customer's name. If a reservation has been created, the label is there. You can also click on it and immediately view the given reservation in the Interface. Conversely, for a given reservation, you can quickly return to the given document request via the label. If the request does not have the "Reservation" label, the reservation has not been created.

Notifications in the partner interface
Now in the Partner Interface you will see numerical notifications in individual sections that will alert you to a new bill, a request for a document, a customer review, or a question about the offer.
You can see red notifications here, which will be displayed until you take the desired action, or yellow ones, which will disappear on their own after the news is displayed.

We've redesigned the filter for reservations in the partner interface. Now you can sort reservations from newest to oldest not only on desktop but also on mobile.

Tax document directly with the voucher
We have prepared further improvements for our partners who have signed a power of attorney with us to issue documents for customers. You can now also find the issued document for the order in the list of redeemed vouchers in the Vouchers section in the Partner Interface.

Editing column names in reservation export
We have recently adjusted the names of the guest contact columns in the reservation export. For greater clarity, it is stated here that this is information about the guest for whom the reservation is written. We have replaced the designation "customer" here. We want to prevent misunderstandings that could be caused by a different buyer and the person who will arrive for the stay.

Click on the issued document for the given order
We have further improvements for partners who have signed a power of attorney with us to issue documents.
Previously, in the Partner Interface, in the Reservations section, a label was displayed next to the customer's name, indicating that a document had already been issued through a power of attorney. We have now modified this label so that by clicking on it, these documents will be displayed immediately and you do not have to search for them so complicatedly.
To click through, you must have sufficient permissions set in the partner interface (access to the Reservations and Billing sections). Otherwise, you will not be offered the click through and the label will be displayed as before.

Extension of the Overview of Individual Payments
We have added columns to the Overview of individual payments that you can already find in the Overview of billed vouchers:
- Commission with VAT
- Commission excluding VAT
- Amount paid to partner
A completely new column is Voucher Billing Date .
In the event of a voucher cancellation, these 4 columns remain empty.

Automatic translation for Questions and Customer Reviews
A new feature has been added to the partner interface for partners who do not have Czech set as the language for communication in the Partner Profile: automatic translation of Questions and Customer Reviews into the selected language.
Additionally, you can reply in your native language and we will translate everything back into Czech.
