If the "Reservation" label is not on the request, the reservation has not been made.

We have further improvements here for partners who have signed a power of attorney with us to issue documents.

Previously, in the Partner interface, in the Reservations section, a label was displayed next to the customer's name, which signaled that a document had already been issued through a power of attorney. We have now modified this label so that by clicking on it, these documents will be displayed to you immediately and you do not have to search for them so hard.

To click through, it is necessary to have sufficient authorization set in the partner interface (access to the Reservation and Use sections). Otherwise, you will not be prompted to click through and the label will be displayed as before.
