- Partner and channel (Slevomat) agree to cooperation and connection through Trevlix - one of them (with others in copy) contacts Trevlix by email at support@trevlix.zohodesk.eu with information about which rates/rooms they would like to connect - Trevlix will map the rooms and send the linking ID - the channel (Slevomat) performs mapping from their side using the linking ID - Subsequently, the partner and the channel are informed via Trevlix that the connection is complete - Trevlix activates the link - Everyone checks whether the data about the rooms and availability are written correctly, if so, the connection is done in order |
