| ICAL is a standard for exchanging calendar data, which offers the possibility to connect multiple channels. Thanks to the connection, reservations from all sales channels are synchronized and thus there is no risk of overbooking. Availability is therefore synchronized in all places where you sell your services (e.g. Slevomat, AirbnB, Booking.com and others). |
Who should I contact to start cooperation and how does it work?
| If you are already using the option to sell through Slevomat and at the same time on other channels that have the option to connect via iCal, but you do not yet have both products connected, please contact your Slevomat sales representative. |

The partner in the Termino system in the \"Rooms\" section enables the \"ICAL\" option and can also enable:
and/or \"Extended export (JSON)\", which means that additional reservation information will be included in the standard iCal export, which is written into the Description field in JSON format. Then the partner in Termino maps the room types, under which individual rooms are added – each individual room has 2 fields – for iCal Import URL and iCal Export URL, under each room type only one room should be created.
In the \"iCal import\" field, the partner enters the iCal URL link of the given room, which is obtained from another channel with which they want to connect Termino After entering all URLs for all rooms, the connection to ICAL should be completed. Reservations that the partner has in Termino will be visible via ICAL on other channels, and it works the same way in reverse, where via ICAL we see in Termino foreign reservations that the partner has created on other channels, as well as their blocks. |
Multiple URL links for room import:
|
|
1) The customer requests a reservation cancellation
2) The customer wants to change the stay date
3) The customer wants to change the room type
4) What to do when I receive an email about a new reservation/change/cancellation?
5) What to do if I want to add a new room type/room for sale? |
