Basically, Slevomat.cz works with businesses to get discounts for bulk purchases of goods and services, and then passes the savings on to you. You buy a discounted voucher (coupon) from Slevomat.cz, and then you redeem it by simply printing it out or bring it up on your mobile phone when you arrive at the business.

Depending on the sale, you either buy a voucher for restaurants, hotels, events and other services or a voucher for goods. Vouchers will be sent by email once we obtain your payment. Instructions on how to use vouchers are always stated on them.
Purchasing vouchers at Slevomat.cz is easy as pressing a button. Literally. All you have to do is clicking the large green Buy 'CZK XXX' button. Then you enter your e-mail address and choose how to pay. Piece of cake, right?
Debit card. The easiest and the fastest way is to pay by card (VISA, MasterCard and Maestro). You will get a voucher immediately after payment is processed. We do not charge any fees. For paying by card, click on 'Platební kartou online', once you have items in the cart.
Note: For security reasons we cannot accept cards issued by banks in the USA and Canada.
Bank transfer. Once you finish the order, we will send payment information to your e-mail address. Be sure to make a payment within 2 days. You will get the voucher within 2 working days after you make a payment. For using bank transfer, click on 'Bankovním převodem', once you have items in the cart.
Cash. You can pay at any Czech branch office of MONETA Money Bank, free of charge. For paying by using cash, click on 'Hotově na pobočce MONETA Money Bank', once you have items in the cart.
In person by card. You can by card at our store. Cash is not accepted.
As soon as we receive your payment, we will email you with a link to the voucher. When you click the link, the voucher will appear with instructions on how to use it.
Each voucher is transferable and can be redeemed by anyone. Vouchers can also be purchased as a gift.

If you are not satisfied, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the experience and within 7 days of a voucher expiration date. That is all you need to do. If you are a member of our loyalty programme, we can refund one voucher at a time for you. As a member of the Bronze programme, it is possible to refund once in 6 months (180 days), a Silver member can refund once in 3 months (90 days), a Gold member once in 2 months (60 days), a Platinum member once in 30 days. A voucher must not be marked as used and must not be rated.
Things have never been easier. All you need to do for a refund is send the number of an expired voucher to email@example.com within 14-30 days after the expiration date. If a voucher follows the conditions stated above, we will refund the voucher for you. The amount you paid for the voucher will be refunded in our credit points. These credit points are valid for six weeks and can be used for future payments at Slevomat.cz.
