Hello, we are planning a trip to Budapest in May and we like your hotel. We have a few questions for you.
We will pay the hotel in advance but do you require a card reservation or a cash refund? If so, how much please?
Is it possible to store luggage in your hotel while we are waiting for check in or waiting for the train to go home after check out? If possible, what is the price for it?
Is it possible to check in earlier?

Good afternoon, Štefan. Check-in time is from 14:00 and check-out time is until 11:00. If you arrive earlier than our check-in time, we are glad to store your luggage free of charge and you may also relax in our Secret Garden Spa until your room is ready.
If you depart from Budapest later than the check-out time, we are happy to store your luggage and still enjoy the Secret Garden Spa free of charge.
Should you require an early check-in or late check-out, we will do our best provide it, as far as our availability permits. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee it in advance.
Upon our guests arrival, my Front Desk Colleagues always ask for a security deposit. The amount of it is 50€ / every 3 nights. It can be paid by cash or credit card and will be released at check-out time if it is not necessary. Sincerely
