Voucher můžete uplatnit najednou nebo jednotlivé procedury čerpat postupně. V rezervačním systému jsou procedury uvedeny jednotlivě, ne jako kompletní balíček. Je možné procedury objednat v jeden den za sebou (je jedno v jakém pořadí) nebo je možné je čerpat v různé dny.
Doporučuje se včasná rezervace termínu. Na ošetření se dostavte 10 minut předem.
Voucher je třeba rezervovat i využít v době jeho platnosti.
Rezervaci můžete změnit 24 hodin před rezervovaným termínem. V případě zrušení rezervace méně než 24 hodin před domluveným termínem, nebo v případě, že se na termín nedostavíte, voucher propadá v plné výši bez nároku na refundaci. Termín lze změnit pouze jednou.
Rezervaci s online rezervovaným termínem není možné stornovat ani refundovat.
Voucher bez termínu můžete stornovat v rámci zákonné 14denní lhůty, nebo po skončení platnosti voucheru refundovat podle platných pravidel.
