Pomoc při rezervaci: Rezervace probíhá v cizím jazyce, pokud máte s rezervací potíže, rádi ji uděláme za vás, zašlete nám název hotelu s preferovaným termínem na e‑mail pomoc@slevomat.cz
Rezervaci můžete 14 dní před začátkem pobytu bezplatně změnit. Změnu termínu je možné provést pouze jednou, a to výhradně přes zákaznickou podporu Slevomatu na: podpora@slevomat.cz či na telefonu: +420 222 745 354. Pokud je cena za nový termín pobytu vyšší, je třeba cenový rozdíl doplatit.
V případě změny rezervace méně než 14 dní před začátkem pobytu, nebo v případě, že se na pobyt nedostavíte, voucher propadá v plné výši bez nároku na refundaci.
Pobyt s již rezervovaným termínem není možné stornovat ani refundovat.
Pobyty bez termínu můžete stornovat v rámci zákonné 14denní lhůty, nebo po skončení platnosti voucheru refundovat podle platných pravidel.

and therefore there is currently no increased risk of being infected with
Coronavirus.
Therefore, the precautionary cancellation of your reservation due to the
Coronavirus does not entitle you to a free cancellation of your booking. We
hereby wish to inform you that we are entitled to claim a refund for the
cancellation of your reservation and that, in the event of cancellation, we will
apply the cancellation fees valid for our accomodation.
Before cancelling your booking, we therefore advise you to contact your Travel
Cancellation Insurance to verify whether they can cover this type of
cancellation.
