Ellipse

The reservation system Ellipse offers you more options for connecting both to your current reservation systems and to other online reservation channels. From one place, you can then use Ellipse to manage availability and reservations from your website, as well as from other places where you sell your services (e.g., Slevomat, AirbnB, Booking.com, and others), without having to enter them multiple times anywhere. This saves you a lot of time.

If you are already using the option to sell through Slevomat and Ellipse, but do not have both products connected, contact your Slevomat sales representative or your Ellipse contact person.

- the partner and channel (Slevomat) agree to cooperate and connect via Ellipse
- Slevomat contacts Ellipse by email at office@horecagroup.sk with information about
which hotel should be connected
- Ellipse maps the rooms and sends the connection ID
- the channel (Slevomat) performs mapping on their side using the connection ID
- then the partner and channel inform Ellipse directly that the connection is complete
- Ellipse activates the connection
- everyone checks whether the room and availability data are being transferred correctly, if so, the connection is properly completed

1) The customer requests a reservation cancellation
Cancellation can only be done by Slevomat. Please direct the customer to our customer care (podpora@slevomat.cz, tel. + 420 222 745 354, for vouchers from Zlavomat to podpora@zlavomat.sk, tel, +421 232 117 321) or send information about the voucher cancellation directly to the email rezervace@slevomat.cz. We will take care of everything.

Please do not delete reservations from the system under any circumstances. As soon as we cancel the voucher, you will receive a confirmation email.

2) The customer wants to change the stay date
If the customer contacts you and wants to change the date, you can agree with them directly on a new date. After making the change, please inform us at rezervace@slevomat.cz so that we can update the new date in our system as well. Unfortunately, the change is not automatically transferred to us.

3) The customer wants to change the room type
If the customer wants to change the room type, you make the change yourself in your system.

4) What to do if I receive an email about a new reservation/change/cancellation?
The email is just information for you and is sent as confirmation of a change that Slevomat made in your system. If you want to be 100% sure, we recommend checking its execution directly in your system.

5) What to do if I want to add a new room type for sale?
First, add the room in your channel manager for Slevomat and then inform us about adding the room so that we can add the given room type to the offer from our side as well.
