The subject of our cooperation is the rental of a trading platform, which also includes the rental of our bank account. You accept money from customers into this account.

You can also set up access to the interface for your employees, especially accountants, who will find accounting documents here, including overviews of all payments and an overview for VAT.
You receive money from customers the moment the order is paid for. As part of the lease (lease) of the business platform, you also rent our bank account, so the finances are yours from the start. You can download summaries of these payments in your interface , for the purposes of issuing tax documents to customers and VAT collection.
The total revenue (reduced by the commission and the value of unused vouchers) is paid gradually according to the date of voucher application. Redeemed vouchers are included in the bill 3 times a month. We send money for redeemed vouchers and goods from our account on the 2nd, 11th and 21st of every month.
For goods that you sell directly in the basket on Slevomat (without using vouchers), the orders are included in the regular billing 19 days after they have been marked as received by the customer.
100% of the value of unused vouchers belongs to Slevomat. An unused voucher is first of all a return for you (you receive funds on our account), and if the customer does not show up, it appears on the invoice and is a cost to you. The amounts are offset against each other. You paid VAT on such a voucher at the beginning if you are the payer, but this amount is then again an expense for you, so the VAT is returned to you with our invoice. Unused vouchers are marked as "Special provider reward" on the invoice and in the contract.
How to submit an inspection report? Enter the discount in the control report only in connection with our issued commission invoice for your company. For commission invoices, state their numbers.
Slevomat.cz is only an agent, so it cannot issue tax documents for customers. You only borrow space from us for presentation, etc., but the customers make their purchases with you. You therefore issue tax documents at the moment of the customer's payment.
Vouchers are only available to customers who have already paid. Each voucher has its own validity and therefore also the period for which it can be used. It is necessary to provide the possibility to use the voucher until the end of its validity.
You can redeem vouchers in your interface or in the booking system Termino .
Vouchers should never be used before the arrival or arrival of the customer, for example in the case of a telephone reservation. Only use the voucher when the customer is on site and using the service.

You manage queries in your interface , i.e. where you are used to handling everything else. After logging in, just select the "Questions" section in the top menu.
As soon as the customer makes a contribution to the questions, we will automatically send the information to the e‑mail address specified in your profile. From the link that arrives in the email, we will redirect you directly to the given question, where you can answer it.
Customer ratings can be found next to questions. We never wipe them. They are very important for future clients who take a picture before buying. It is clear from the statistics that customers are most interested in the offer with the best rating. You can respond to each of them.
