Termino is a simple application for managing online reservations from Slevomat.
We will now take you through the initial steps to set up Termino correctly.
SETTING UP
1. LOG IN
To log in to Termino, you need to open the link in the email to set your password. We will guide you |
2. LOCATION
In the next step, you can set up the location. This refers to the area where the service takes place (e.g. massage table, hairdressing/barber chair, yoga room, etc.). |
3. EMPLOYEES
Then, you need to set up the employees. The user, whose e‑mail address was used in the initial Termino registration, is already included in the employee list. This employee cannot be deleted. To add a new employee, click on the plus sign (blue circle) and fill in the details.
Employee’s name: Select the name under which the customer can choose an employee to perform
Role: Here you can assign particular roles to your employees. You can choose from the following options: E‑mail: The email address serves as the employee's login and will also be used for booking notifications.
Priority: You can assign employees a priority from 1 to 5 for cases where the customer does not choose
Employee’s services: Select all the services the employee can performs. If you have not set up Remark: This page intentionally left blank for your notes.
Notifications: Here you can set whether employees should receive email notifications of customers’ Employee's working hours: The period of time during which bookings may be accepted at the employee‘s sheet if he/she has services assigned. You can set up regular, irregular (short and long week, or morning and afternoon) or individual (specific dates – ideal for temporary workers, for example). |
4. SERVICES
Set up the services you will offer to your customers. If you offer various types of services (massages, beauty Click New Service to enter the service settings. Restrict selling hours: You can set which days or hours you do not want to offer the service. Include a service for online booking: Select if the service is to be offered to the customers. |
5. VENUE SETTINGS
Set the description of the venue in the menu. We recommend introducing your business in a few sentences. In the description, you can also briefly mention the services you offer. This makes it easier for new potential customers to find your business online. If you see an incorrect address of the venue or opening hours in Termino, please contact your sales representative.

6. SETTING UP ONLINE BOOKING
Setting up online booking must be done in the menu. As long as you see a red cross in the Termino Click on the online booking settings to see an overview of what you have already set up and what you need to complete. This setting only applies to bookings made by your customers through your link. Orders from Slevomat have their own individual settings and you can only make changes through your sales representative or deals manager. In this section you can set up the following:

7. SETTING A LINK TO THE BOOKING SYSTEM
Now you come to the last step, which is creating your unique link to Termino. You need to fill in the word/ Example: You can abbreviate Jana Nováková Aesthetic Centre to "ecjana", "ecjananovakova", "jananovakova","ecnovakova", etc. If we choose the first option "ecjana", the link will be "https://www.termino.eu/r/ecjana". It is advisable to think the name over, as it is not possible to change it later. If you filled in the name, click Set Link and then click Activate Link. Your link becomes fully functional immediately – you can open it in your browser and see the services you have set up. We recommend that you also review the system from the customer's point of view to make sure everything is displayed the way you want it. If everything is in order, you can add the link to your website, Facebook, Instagram, etc. This way you have Termino fully functional and ready to accept online bookings. |
8. WHAT IS ALSO AVAILABLE IN TERMINO
Agenda: In the menu or in the top right corner, you have an agenda where you can see an overview of all events (bookings, blocking, holidays or group events). You can view a day, 3 days, week or 2 weeks. The list can be exported to pdf. SMS: For each online booking we send the customer an email notification of a new booking, any change or cancellation. You can also use SMS notifications, both for customers and for yourself. SMS packages are subject to charge. To see their overview and the possibility of using them in the menu.
