Let me start with the fact that the voucher for a three-hour cruise from Prague wasn't used and ended in a full refund. Yes, I was looking forwards with friends to celebrate my birthday (April) in first sunny/warm weekend of May on the water departing from Prague, but unfortunately the first weekend was already booked after contact with provider by WhatsApp. Unfortunately, me and my guests could only depart from Prague during a weekend, so I checked the option for the second weekend of May. Soon it appeared that the so-called departure from Prague period ended 07May as the sail ship would be moved for rest of spring and summer to Orlik, leaving me and my guests no other option than to wait till Oktober when the sail ship departs from Prague… Besides the fact that Oktober is months after my birthday it was also the last month the voucher could be used. Although disappointment of the not possible 3-hour birthday cruise remains I still want to give good ratings as nothing else was expected based on the nice pictures of the sail ship and the communication with provider. Maybe it might be an option if provider would add an option of pick-up at Prague for an additional fee… Meanwhile received full refund of purchased voucher, so maybe this 3-hour sail ship experience will take place next year…
