Velmi šikovná paní masérka, byla to moje první zkušenost s thajskou masáží, příjemný personál, přítmí v salonu navodí příjemný pocit relaxace a odpočinku

sice závěsem oddělená, ale v jedné místnosti jsou dvě lehátka a není to (alespoň pro mne) úplně příjemný pocit

Nothing!

I was very disappointed by the service of the massage shop. By far it is the worst shop I have ever dealt with. I had a mixed call from the massage shops available in Slevomat in the end I was at the shop an hour later but the reception could not check my reservation at all. I called the customer service what has happened and the customer service is stating that my reservation was an hour ago which is forfeited by the time I called. I explained that there was some misunderstanding and if it is possible to reschedule and the girl on the phone is saying that is not possible as I missed the appointment time. They do not care about the customer’s satisfaction but their money. The shop is pointing at me that I made the mistake of coming to the shop an hour later which they do not compensate to reschedule and the 1,200 CZK wasted on not coming on time. In other shops, they always give the best possible customer service to try to please the customers they have which is not the case here, as customer experience and your shop reputation means nothing to you, you only care to rip off the customer's money and that's it!!

I asked them, do you not call or message that my appointment time has come up, and the girl on the phone is saying we do not give any text/call before the appointment unless you asked for it. I guess all the other customers who have missed their appointment time or coming to the time little bit later will lose their money instantly.

Regardless the horrible experience i had with your shop, but the agent`s attitude over the phone was very rude and unacceptable to me, so for me now, i will make sure that our company's benefits and HR departments are aware of this awful incident, so they can escalate to Sodexo, to take the needed actions with you, up to removing you from our benefits options and warning all our company's employees as well, plus for sure sharing this horrible experience to all my social networks, to make sure that all the customers are aware of how horrible service they are going to get, if they purchased from you.
