we would like to inform you about several innovations that we have recently introduced for you in the Termino reservation system. We are sending a brief overview of them.
Roles and rights of employees
You now have the option to set specific roles and rights for your employees in Termin. You can assign employees to one of four roles: manager, receptionist, employee, or temp. You set the roles in the details of each employee, where you will also find a detailed description of what each role allows you to manage and display.
Individual working hours of employees
Until now, you could only set regular or irregular working hours (odd/even week) for your employees. Now you have the opportunity to set completely individual working hours, where you determine which days and hours the employee will be available for each period.
Restrictions on the sale of services
The latest innovation is the possibility of limiting sales for individual services. You can use this function especially for services that you want to offer only during certain hours. It is often used, for example, for Happy Hours, when the service is offered at a certain time at a lower price. For example, you can create a service "Relaxation Massage – Happy Hours until 2:00 PM" and set sales restrictions so that it is not available after 2:00 PM.
