Reservation system Booqito

Booqito is a platform for managing leisure activities operations, which connects reservations, payments, and voucher management into one system. It automates the entire process from reservation to customer check-in and helps increase the number of orders as well as operational efficiency. Thanks to integration with Slevomat, it enables automatic verification and redemption of vouchers and simplifies their processing without manual work.

• If you are already using sales options through Slevomat and Booqito, but do not have both products connected, contact your Slevomat sales representative.

• You do not have Booqito products yet, but the offer interests you? Visit the website www.booqito.com for a free trial.

• The partner and channel (Slevomat) agree to cooperate and connect via Booqito

• The partner obtains a connection ID from Slevomat through their sales representative.

• In Booqito, you perform mapping using the connection ID according to the 'Guide for Slevomat Partners'.

• When the connection is completed, the partner verifies whether automatic verification and redemption of vouchers is working correctly. If so, the connection is properly finished.

1) What does the integration support?

Automatic verification and redemption of vouchers in the Booqito system.

2) Do you need to change or cancel a reservation?

At the moment, this is not possible within the integration.

• How to proceed:
  Customer: Please direct them to our customer support (e‑mail: podpora@slevomat.cz, tel.: 222 745 354).
• Partner: They can send information about voucher cancellation directly to the email termin@slevomat.cz. We will take care of everything else.

Do not delete the reservation from the system under any circumstances. Once we cancel the voucher, you will receive a confirmation email. Then change/cancel the reservation in the Booqito system as well. If you want to be 100% sure, we recommend checking in both systems.
