As a Slevomat partner, you can set weight limits for transport in the interface from December 2021. For new promotions, you can set the intervals and the different prices in them directly at the beginning of the promotion creation.
If you need to adjust a running promotion or multiple promotions at once, you can set the intervals in the new Transport tab – here you will find everything in one place.
We have already set an automatic interval of 0–5 kg for your running promotions, we highly recommend that you add an additional interval of 0–10 kg for Delivery to address.
How to set weight intervals:
Open the new Shipping tab in the partner interface.
Select the transport for which you want to set or change the weight interval:
If you only need to set the upper limit of a single interval, just enter the appropriate weight in the box to the right. Don't forget to save:
If you want to set multiple intervals for a given transport, use the + button. You can edit the newly created interval – you can change the upper limit of the interval and the price of the transport. You can set as many intervals as you like – just be careful, once you set an interval, only a sales representative or Slevomat's deals manager can completely remove it. This is intentionally done to protect already running promotions:
Running promotions have special conditions. Whereas with concepts, you can set intervals and change prices:
For running promotions, you can set the interval, but you cannot adjust the price. That's why you see the price fields in the image below greyed out, inactive. Your sales representative or deals manager will be happy to change it on request:
We sincerely hope that the weight intervals will serve you well. Your settings reflect the customer's cart and will not allow them to insert a total weight above the limit you set.
