The Christmas gift season is approaching, so we have launched a new service for our customers: from 3 October, we are offering gift exchange insurance.
It works simply. If the customer specifies that they are buying the service as a gift when shopping on Slevomat, they can now also pay extra for the possibility of exchanging it if it does not match the taste of the recipient. Hesitant and undecided customers can thus put aside their fears and shop with confidence. And it pays off!
For you, our partners, nothing changes with this service, everything runs as you are used to in the billing.
