The experience of the tandem jump and the staff on the spot was amazing.
The whole experience was affected by the booking process and the customer support. It was one of the worst customer support experience I ever had in my life.
The staff that was on the plane (pilot, cameraman, etc) were all great and very helpful.
The booking procedure was a nightmare. If i could rate their helpdesk negatively, i would do it without hesitance. First, we tried to book through phone, the girl on the phone confirmed the date and time telling us we didn't have to book online. After a couple of days they told us they were fully booked at that time and that we should have booked through their online reservation system.
Secondly, we booked again at a different date but since we were not sure about the weather and we were travelling from Brno, we told them to let us know from the previous night if something would change due to weather conditions. The next morning we started driving to Most and somewhere around Prague they gave us a call to cancel the fall due to weather conditions (which is fine) but they told us they were trying to reach us from the previous day. Of course we didn't receive any call or email. At this point I want to underline something. The people on helpdesk are not only terrible at their job but they are also terrible liars. I mean, how can someone miss possibly expected calls and emails for something which is really important to him? These people were lying to us and the worse part is they didn't even put an effort to make it look like real, basically they didn't even care.
Finally i would like to say something last to the people that run the business. The people in your helpdesk are giving you a terrible reputation making you unreliable and untrustworthy and its a pitty because other than that, everything was OK and the experience was amazing. Please take some actions in regards with your helpdesk.
